Homogenous Mixing

Homogenization is widely used for fluid mixing in many industries such as food and beverages, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology manufacturing.

By repeatedly breaking down the liquid molecules through shear impact forces or ultrasonic cavitation, very small particle sizes of two unlike fluids can be thoroughly mixed with an added stabilizer agent.

The PWJ combines both of these mechanical techniques (ultrasonic and pressure) to potentially produce the homogenizing effect desired at a very high flow rate and low pressure.
