1) Ultra - Sonically Generated (USG) Forced Pulsed Water Jet Machine

VLN’s "Patented" USG Machine is designed for any tough coating removal jobs .By applying the patented forced pulse jet technology, at 8,000 psi, paint and rusted surfaces can be stripped to bare white metal normally required UHP blasting i.e.; 40,000 psi at a comparable production rates.

Industries and Applications

The USG technology is applicable to virtually all "Surface Preparation" and "Coating removal" industries. These would include:

Automotive - Paint booths / Deburring / blasting and cleaning

Marine - removal of marine growth / loose paint and rust / ballast cleaning

Pulp and Paper - Cleaning of foundries / press machines / suction rolls

Oil Refineries - tank cleaning

2) Reverse Flow Cavitating (RFC) Nozzles

VLN’s "Patent Pending" nozzles will dramatically improve the deburring, peening and cleaning performances of "In Air" or "Submerged" Industrial applications. Our studies indicate that the RFC nozzle generate a Cavitating water jet "in air". Cavitation in its simplest terms is the creation of bubbles within a water jet stream. The Cavitation Phenomenon until now has been possible only with the use of "Submerged Water Blasting Cabinets"

Dr. Vijay’s "Reverse Flow" interaction within the nozzle allows industries to achieve performance rates "In Air" that are remarkably superior to that of a plain water jet. When used with a "Submerged" environment, the removal rates can be doubled. Improved productivity and savings in energy and operating costs are immediate.

Industries and Applications

VLN’s RFC nozzles can be retrofitted to virtually any cleaning, peening and deburring machines that operate with conventional plain jets. This also includes XY Table and Gantry Applications. Any industry presently using Water Blasting will realize the benefits of the RFC Nozzles.

3) Electro-Discharge Machine (EDM)

This "Patented" Low Pressure / High Impact technology has the ability to virtually break anything in its path. A capacitor bank stores the electronic energy

Ultra Discharge Machine produces "Ultra Powerful" low frequency pulses - about 1 per second - by using electrodes in the nozzle.

Just like the spark plugs in your car, a very high voltage spark is produced between the electrodes by rapidly dumping electrical energy stored in a capacitor bank.

There is indeed "No Flow" and No High Pressure Pumps! The water in nozzle breaks down to produce a plasma that expands so fast it produces very high strength "Shock Waves"
